Running on empathy: the Royal Victoria Hospital's emergency department

On March 25 2009, CTV Montreal ran a special report entitled “Running on Empathy”, which explores what it takes to work in an emergency room through the eyes of ER staff of the RVH.
Watch the video to see and hear four of our doctors, namely Drs. Frederic Dankoff, Mitch Shulman, Zachary Levine and Marc Beique, as well as several of our nurses, including Mary Orlowski, Maxime Valerius and Angela Schade, share the rewards, pressures and difficult situations of ‘Life in the ER’.
